Watercolor on paper, signed lower left.  A colorful impressionistic scene, 7 1/2" x 9 1/2", framed to 13" x 15". Not examined out of frame.

Ms. Feather was born in Oklahoma and was raised on homesteads in Quemado and Mogollon, New Mexico in the Gila Mountains.  She graduated from New Mexico State and married Frank Feather, who would be her husband for 58 years.  They lived in Lima, Peru, and Albequerque, where Ms. Feather was a teacher, artist, gardener, lobbyist and lover of life.
